Personal Injury Attorney The candidate will manage a caseload of plaintiff's personal injury files with the assistance of a litigation paralegal. Must have 0-1 year of personal injury litigation experience. Experience on the plaintiff's side preferred. Experience with personal injury defense will be considered as well. Manage a caseload of Mandatory Arbitration cases, including perfecting service, conducting written discovery, defending and taking depositions, preparing Pre Hearing Statements of Proof, representing plaintiff's at Mandatory Arbitration Hearings. Accountability for all litigation deadlines on caseload.
