Pre-litigation Paralegal The candidate must have 2+ years of experience handling personal injury pre-litigation case management. Should be capable of managing 60-80 personal injury pre-litigation files. Must have extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of pre-litigation personal injury including initial client contact, resolving property damage, obtaining medical records, setting up doctor appointments, preparing files to submit for demand, and providing A+ client service. Knowledge of Tritek Case Management software is a plus. Should be fluent in Spanish and English. Must type 50+ wpm.
