Domestic Relations Associate Attorney The candidate will be responsible for: Taking and defending depositions; Attending hearings and trials; Strong drafting, writing and analytical skills for pleadings and correspondence; Strong negotiating and interpersonal skills; Provides exceptional professional service to clients; Ability to develop professional relationships and build rapport. The candidate must have 1.5 years of total legal experience. Some experience in family law is preferred. Will have the opportunity to handle all aspects of the litigation process in Domestic Relations, FAPAs, and Stalking Cases.
