Litigation Paralegal - Personal Injury The candidate responsibilities will include: Contacting clients with/for updates on legal matters; Transcribing dictation, drafting letters, handling emails and faxes; Working with attorneys in preparing case documents and/or exhibits for trial and updating attorney calendars; Case work follow-ups and ensuring frequent and regular client communication. Must have experience with all aspects of Litigation claims handling, including motor vehicle accidents and PIP processes. Should have Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate. Microsoft Office experience is required. Experience with legal software, particularly Time Matters is preferred. Experience in workers' compensation and personal injury practice areas is needed.
