Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters. Should be capable of preparing court pleadings. Should feel comfortable scheduling depositions and mediations, maintaining relationships with clients, organizing case files, and completing other ad-hoc requests. Assist with all aspects of case management. Organize and electronically file pleadings. Should have 3+ years' as Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal.
