Legal Secretary Duties : Will prepare correspondence. Prepare Pleadings and legal documents. Maintain docketing system. Manage incoming telephone calls and calls to clients. Receive clients and visitors. Maintain good public relations with clients. Review bills and take payments. Requirements : The candidate should know Typing (50+wpm). Advanced Microsoft Word Skills. Excellent spelling and proofreading skills. Transcription Skills. Should have knowledge of court filing procedure, including electronic filing. Ability to organize, prioritize and produce quality work. Ability to effectively multi-task. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail and deadline oriented. Must be self-motivated and flexible in order to complete assignments in a timely manner. Should have 1 year experience.
