Associates are allowed to choose the practice areas and specific assignments that interest them, and they will be challenged with responsibility and client contact.
Paralegal - Patent Prosecution The candidate will be oordinating filing new applications. Will be analyzing USPTO and foreign counsel correspondence. Tracking due dates via matter management and docketing systems. Proactively preparing client reporting's and prosecution documents. Communicating with USPTO, attorneys, paralegals, liaisons, foreign associates, staff and clients regarding prosecution matters. Must have 5-10 years working with intellectual property and patent prosecution. Must have 2+ years of law firm experience. A Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certification is desirable. Trademark prosecution experience a plus, but not required. Outstanding communication (oral & written) and organization skills is essential.
