Case Manager/Legal Assistant/Paralegal The candidate will work as a Veterans Benefit Case Manager to provide a friendly and compassionate point of contact to individuals and families seeking help with a disability claim filed through the Veterans Administration. Reviewing and responding to attorney and client emails, requesting various documents including medical and military records, drafting/mailing correspondence, completing various VA forms, and reporting to the team leader. Must have an education level of an Associate's Degree and 1 year of experience in an office setting. Should be dependable; efficient; organized; detail-oriented; an Excellent Communicator; problem solver; enthusiastic; and Efficient Writer.
