Litigation Legal Assistant/Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for guardianship/conservatorship/probate matters that require litigation. Develop a strong teamwork relationship with the attorney while promoting ability to work independently. Daily draft/revise documents and communicate with attorneys, court staff, experts, witnesses and clients. The candidate should have 3+ years of solid experience in litigation. Experience with discovery and motion practice is a must. Experience in guardianship/conservatorship and probate administration is a plus. Must have excellent written and verbal skills.
