Paralegal The candidate should have 3 years experience. Typical duties include assisting your assigned attorney on 100+ personal injury cases by reviewing medical records/billing, calendaring, assisting with drafting of pleadings and discovery. Must have some familiarity with the general process of injury claims including order/reviewing medical records, drafting demand letters, use Missouri case.net to file pleadings, working on discovery, etc. Must already be proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook. A typing speed of 50 wpm w/out errors is required.
