Immigration Paralegal (Employment-Based) The candidate will be responsible for caseload of non-immigrant petitions, including H-1B, L-1, O-1A, O-1B, E-1 and E-2, TN non-immigrant visas, and DS-160 applications for multinational managers and executives. The caseload will also include PERM/Labor Certification, I-140 preference categories and I-140 Immigrant Petitions for Multinational Managers/Executives, I-140 NIWs, Adjustment of Status and Consular Processing. Should have an Associate's degree or Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years of experience; or PL certificate from ABA-approved program and 3-5 years of experience; or a recent law school graduate with 1 - 2 years of experience in employment-based immigration, working as a law clerk or paralegal will be considered. Experience in U.S. employment-based immigration law, working with non-immigrant and immigrant visa categories as mentioned above, including all aspects of PERM/Labor Certification, and I-9 Compliance. Experience monitoring a full caseload, and responding to RFEs is needed. Must have superior client service skills.MS Office, Excel, and immigration-related client management software are required. Should demonstrate sound judgment with strong attention to detail and ability to catch and correct errors. Must have the ability to communicate and interact professionally and work well under pressure, with tight deadlines. Should have the ability to prioritize cases, deadlines, and assigned tasks and the ability to execute and work well with minimal supervision.
