Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate will assist the firms lead attorney(s) with litigation files. Must be licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar. Must be able to manage all phases of litigation (investigation, pleadings, discovery, etc.) with guidance from the firms lead attorney(s). Must be able to handle preliminary hearings. Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing. Must possess advanced research skills. Must be professional in appearance and attire. Must be articulate and confident. Must be organized and detail oriented. Must be able to multi-task and manage time efficiently. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Litigation experience. Practice Master/Worldox.
