Legal Secretary/Case Administrator The candidate will complete administrative duties handling case from in-take to end of case, communicate with clients and competently address issues that arise, coordinate appointments, draft documents, pleadings and letters from existing templates, manage legal documentation and maintain confidentiality, maintain and organize client files. The candidate requires a strong work ethic, exceptional problem solving skills, ability to work directly with injured workers. Bilingual (Spanish/English) Mandatory, 2+ years of workers compensation legal secretary experience, familiarity with MS Office and Excel, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to take direction and work independently with little supervision, highly organized and detail-oriented.
