Immigration Paralegal DUTIES: Processing Investor visa cases (E-2, L-1 and EB-5) as well as H-1Bs, O-1s, P-1s, PERM and employment-based cases. You may also work on some removal and family based cases.. Drafting documents and preparing immigration case filings. Organizing and managing client files. Providing excellent customer service to clients. QUALIFICATIONS: 2+ years of experience as a paralegal specializing in business immigration. Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese and English (verbal and written) is required. Strong research, written, and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure and deadlines.
