Corporate Attorney The candidate will handle corporate matters including mergers, acquisitions, transactions, antitrust, compliance and physician services. Must have 2+ years corporate transactional experience, which includes contract drafting, corporate formation and governance. Should have Bachelor s degree and JD degree. Must be admitted to practice in Virginia (or ability to become admitted promptly). Should have excellent writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Should preferably have experience representing healthcare providers. Securities, antitrust and/or healthcare regulatory experience is essential. Must be familiar with insurance, accounting or finance.
