Associate Attorney The candidate will propound and respond to all written discoveries. Take depositions of experts and witnesses. Send meet and confer letters. File motions. Attend case management conferences and order to show cause hearings. Must have a California Bar license and 1-2 years specializing in personal injury litigation. Must have knowledge and experience with arbitrations and mediations. Trial experience is a plus. This position requires a lot of attention to detail and individual work. Should preferably be very analytical and a quick thinker under stressful situations.
