Associate Attorney The candidate will attend hearings and depositions via a teleconferencing platform. Will consult with clients, opposing counsel, and the judiciary. Answer Discovery, coordinate the case handling with claims personnel. Should have a Doctorate degree and member in good standing of Texas State Bar. Should have 3+ years of insurance defense experience. Should have experience in litigation. Must possess excellent communication skills, ability and experience sufficient to defend clients in a variety of litigation matters and ability to work both independently and as a member of a defense team. Deposition experience a plus. Background in construction and construction defect litigation a plus. Insurance defense experience a plus.
