Associate Attorney The candidate will depend partly on experience, and may include assisting attorneys throughout all stages of the litigation process, from case development through trial and appeal. For example, litigation duties may include researching and writing briefs, reviewing and organizing documents and exhibits, drafting and responding to discovery requests, assisting with depositions, etc. Should have strong research and writing skills, would have graduated towards the top of their class, and would have 2 years of litigation experience. Clerkship experience preferred.
