Patent Attorney Duties: Perform functions related to patent preparing and prosecution, patent portfolio management and strategy, conducting research and in general assisting on matters and proceedings before the USPTO. Qualifications: Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering with a bachelor's degree is a must. Registered to practice before the USPTO. Must have 3+ years of patent prosecution experience. Must have a no-man/woman left behind attitude, and must like to win. Have thirst for knowledge, loves technology, and have a balance of confidence and humility. Be ready to help the firm grow.
