Workers' Compensation Case Manager/Paralegal The candidate should have preferable 3 - 5 years experience in workers' compensation. Must be knowledgeable regarding EAMS and WCAB procedures. Must be bilingual. This position requires frequent contact with clients, claims adjusters, doctor's offices, and defense attorneys. Will be responsible for managing cases from beginning to end, including reporting new claims to insurance carriers, filing Applications for Adjudication of Claim with the WCAB, providing case status to clients, filing Declarations of Readiness to Proceed, preparing petitions/objections, making recommendations regarding case strategy to the attorneys, and drafting settlement demands.
