Associate Attorney The candidate will be responsible for: taking and defending depositions, trial preparation, motions, trial advocacy, expert depositions and client interactions. Will be preparing for and participating in trial. Play an active role in the litigation process, including discovery, motions, correspondence with opposing counsel, court appearances, taking and defending depositions, and trial preparation and attendance. Must have 2+ years of experience and either be a member in good standing of the California State Bar Association, or have taken the California State Bar exam and awaiting results.
