Part-time Litigation Paralegal The candidate will locate, request and organize medical, employment, educations and other records pertaining to litigants. Summarize incoming records and prepare summaries for attorneys. Organize and maintain case documents. Conduct medical literature research. Conduct research and investigations regarding parties and experts. Bachelor's degree is preferred. Should have 2+ years of current personal injury/medical malpractice litigation experience. Medical malpractice and/or insurance defense is a plus. Trial experience is preferred. Paralegal certificate from an ABA-accredited program is required. Should have 2+ years of Adobe Acrobat and 2+ years of Microsoft Office experience.
