Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The ideal candidate will be responsible and detail-oriented. Will be anticipating the needs of the lawyer(s) assigned and in managing and responding to clients in a professional and timely manner. Contacting and communicating with clients. Drafting correspondence, and other litigation-related documents. Communicating with medical offices and experts. Assisting with trial preparation. Maintaining calendars and scheduling depositions and other appointments. Creating and/or maintaining meticulous records, spreadsheets, and files. Performing other related administrative tasks, as assigned. Should have 3+ years of experience in New Jersey personal injury litigation. Must be fluent in MS office suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential. Strong project management and coordination skills needed.
