Paralegal (Entry Level) - Real Estate Finance & Investment Duties: Manage and assist with the closing of various transactions, including preparation, coordination and organization of closing binders. Work directly with attorneys and clients during due diligence and closing of transactions. Assist attorneys to index, organize documents, correspondence, memorandums, attorney notes. Duplicate and redact documents. Draft memos regarding the status of projects. Qualifications: Four year college degree. Self-motivated and detail oriented. Ability to work well in a team environment. Possess effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment. Must be available to work overtime. Preference will be given to candidates who plan to or have taken the LSAT and plan to attend law school within the next 2 to 3 years' Note: This position is designed for 2019 graduates to begin in June/July 2019.
