Part time Bankruptcy Attorney The candidate must have previous experience in a consumer bankruptcy law firm AND knowledge of chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcies from the consumer side. Must have friendly and confident consultative approach towards clients and be able to speak and meet with prospective clients on the phone or in person at our office(s). Must be able to analyze a client's situation and offer the best chapter of bankruptcy, or another solution. Some court attendance required. Must be presentable and eloquent as you will be representing the law firm with potential clients and in court. Ability to work well with others in a professional office environment. Ability to handle actual case work and multiple cases at same time for clients from start to finish. Be organized, pay attention to detail and communicate well. Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy experience required. Must have excellent listening skills and patience with clients. It is imperative that you are able to establish credibility and establish rapport with clients quickly. Multitasking and handling multiple cases at same time without stressing out is important. This is a very fast paced environment at times. Spanish speaking is a plus.
