Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions. Must have 2+ years of experience. Should be comfortable managing cases, including conducting research, calendaring and meeting deadlines, propounding discovery, deposing witnesses, drafting correspondence and pleadings, and identifying, drafting and arguing motions. Being a Veteran and licensed to practice in Missouri is a plus.
