Transactional Finance Paralegal The candidate will be drafting UCCs, Intellectual Property security agreements and various releases. Will be ordering, reviewing, and charting lien searches. Performing Intellectual Property searches and chart results. Drafting and reviewing basic ancillary loan documents such as Secretary Certificates, Payoff Letters, etc. Assisting with due diligence. Coordinating the closing process, including sending and gathering signature pages and tracking closing deliveries. Tracking and obtaining post-close items. The candidate should have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. A certificate from an ABA-approved paralegal program is preferred. 3+ years of experience within a transactional legal practice is required.
