Employment Law Litigation Paralegal The candidate will join the Employment Wage and Hour Law division. Will draft and/or proofread correspondence and pleadings. Calendar depositions, mediations, hearings, court deadlines, etc. File pleadings with the court, including electronic filings with Federal Court. High school diploma is required. Must have 3+ years of Litigation Paralegal experience. Employment Law paralegal experience is preferred. Must have experience answering discovery, trial and mediation preparation, and have the ability to summarize depositions. Strong knowledge of federal and state statutes, court rules, forms, processes and procedures required. Must be proficient in MS Word and Outlook. Should have excellent writing and communication skills.
