Family Law Paralegal The candidate will coordinate trials, hearings, mediations and meeting scheduling. Will draft pleadings, Orders, discovery responses and other documents relevant to family law matters. Assist attorney in keeping files organized and orderly. Enter client documents, notes and billable time into record keeping system. Assist attorney in preparation for hearings and trials. Communicate with clients regarding case status. 3+ years of paralegal experience in Family Law is preferred. Experience drafting and preparing legal documents is preferred. Familiarity with the Texas Family Code is preferred. Working knowledge of Tarrant and surrounding county courts a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
