Real Estate Paralegal / Title Closer The candidate should have closing real estate closing experience to help handle residential and commercial real estate closings. Candidate should have experience handling a real estate closing from start to finish including the ability to communicate with clients, order title, analyze title and clear conditions, participate in the actual closing, monitor escrow disbursement and oversee post closing duties. Anticipated closing volume to oversee and manage will be approximately25-40 per month.
