Experienced Family Law Attorney The candidate must have experience with the following: temporary orders hearings, divorce, SAPCR, and child support hearings as well as final trials. Should be comfortable handling both uncontested and contested cases from start to finish. This would include mediation/informal settlement, occasional drafting and trial/witness preparation. Graduated from law school and already licensed to practice in Texas. Must have at least 3 years of experience with family law cases. Well organized and detail-oriented. Good communication and open to teamwork. Be a fierce advocate for clients.
