Experienced Real Estate Attorney The candidate must have experience drafting and negotiating residential Purchase and Sales Agreements and closing residential real estate loans under TRID. Attorneys experienced with Condominium law would also be preferred. Experience of 2 years in Purchase and Sales Agreements is preferred. Admission to Massachusetts Bar is required. Should have experience with Microsoft Office products. Should have exceptional organizational skills and be able to manage multiple projects at once. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, busy office.
