Privacy and Cybersecurity Attorney Candidate may have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of matters, including counseling on and litigating privacy and data security matters and drafting internet and ecommerce-related policies and agreements. Qualifications: A JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school or the ability to be admitted to the Minnesota Bar. Top academic credentials. Focused experience in data privacy work, including drafting and developing privacy program components for corporate compliance including privacy policies. Experience sought in counseling on FERPA, GDPR, standard contractual clauses, other international privacy issues, online behavioral advertising including DAA principles, drafting privacy/security provisions of vendor and other contracts, and privacy impact assessments. CIPP, CIPM, and/or CISSP certification a plus. Excellent communication and writing skills. Minnesota state bar admission is preferred. will also consider recent law school graduates with a demonstrated interest in privacy and cybersecurity work.
