Litigation Paralegal Duties: Support local litigation department and assist clients nationally. Document organization, reviewing all relevant pleadings and documents and entering/updating events in the docket database; file maintenance; preparation for depositions and trials; and typing, formatting and proofreading a variety of legal correspondence, briefs, motions, and pleadings. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. Paralegal certificate a plus. 5+ years of large case experience to support busy litigation practice. Previous trial experience is required. Litigation experience in a large corporate setting or law firm is preferred but not required. Strong litigation skills, including knowledge of litigation technology. Experience in IPro Eclipse is a plus. Demonstrate excellent communication, proofreading, grammar, and organizational skills Possess strong technological and computer capabilities Ability to complete assigned tasks with attention to detail; work with teams and under pressure; and meet deadlines.
