Trademark And IP Paralegal The candidate will assist with all facets of US and International trademark prosecution (including WIPO), work autonomously, be detail-oriented, effectively manage multiple tasks, priorities and interpersonal relations; will monitor and docket all deadlines, and must be proficient with CPI docketing software; will prepare and submit trademark filings, communicate with the PTO and foreign associates, and report to clients; will assist with ownership, due diligence and assignment searches, and proceedings at the TTAB (Trademark Trial and Appeal Board); will conduct and report trademark availability searches in U.S. and International databases, and comprehensive searches from outside vendors, including CT Corsearch and Saegis/Clarivate. Ideal candidate will also have prior experience with copyright and patent prosecution. Bachelor's degree required. Should have 6+ years of experience.
