Paralegal The candidate will be ensuring that clients receive, correctly complete, and return authorizations. Filing summonses and complaints and working with vendors to effectuate service. Speaking with clients to obtain information for inclusion in standard interrogatory responses. Drafting responses to defendants discovery requests. Keeping track of important dates for cases. Filing discovery motions and oppositions to summary judgment motions. Should preferably have 2+ years of experience as an asbestos litigation paralegal or personal injury paralegal. Excellent typing and computer skills are essential. Familiarity with legal research is needed. Should have the ability to prioritize and multitask. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Should be detail oriented with the ability to analyze and problem solve.
