Associate Attorney (Foreclosure & Real Estate) The candidate will be responsible for foreclosure litigation and management of foreclosure actions. Will be checking dockets, making appearances, drafting motions, completing legal research and writing assignments in both routine and contested foreclosure matters, supervising law clerks and paralegal staff, and handling administrative matters. Must have excellent communication with clients to ensure quality representation and implementation of directives. Must have experience in litigation and/or Ohio foreclosure actions. Position requires exceptional organizational skills, proactive work ethic, strong academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills, attention to detail, problem solving ability, outstanding interpersonal skills, and a willingness to work hard in a fast paced environment.
