Bankruptcy Paralegal The candidate will help attorneys prepare and file for Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 consumer bankruptcy. Office Administrative Tasks. Provide current clients with updates. Schedule appointments for clients and attorneys. Client correspondence (letters). Scanning and uploading. Prepare Cases for Attorney Review Prior to Filing. Work with client to obtain necessary documents for case. Must have 1 + years relevant experience in the consumer bankruptcy field preparing Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Consumer Bankruptcy petitions. should be experienced in Spanish/English translation. Spanish sis Preferred.
