If you have excellent research and writing skills, can easily use today s technology and communicate effectively across all levels, we would love to connect! Provide legal counsel to clients by analyzing their needs and determining a proper course of action, Oversee paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff, Take responsibility for administrative staff relating to client invoicing/billing records, setting up meetings with clients and completing tasks, Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings, Get the appropriate legal documents ready for clients, such as brief, motions, and pleadings, as well as correspondence, Ability to use Microsoft Office is required, Must be able to handle heavy caseload with little supervision, Required Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school; representation of clients for at least 2 years a plus, Over 1 year of experience representing clients in a law firm, Shows compassion when dealing with clients and puts them at ease during their difficult time, Has a talent for winning their confidence and respect, Has exceptional verbal and written communication skills
