Business Immigration Paralegal The candidate work includes preparing and filing a full range of immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions including H-1Bs, L-1s, TNs, E-3s, O-1s, PERMs, EB1, EB2/3 I-140s, and AOS. Bachelor's degree required - paralegal certificate will be considered a plus. Should have 3+ years of NIV and IV employment-based matters and experience in a high-volume practice is preferred. Strong computer and writing skills required. Experience with INSZoom and MS Excel/Outlook a plus.
