Paralegal/Legal Assistant The candidate' will be responsible for, including but not limited to: maintaining the attorney's calendar, setting up client files, filing (both hard files and through our client management software and e-filing, corresponding with clients both written and telephonic, answering the phone, and setting up trial binders. This person should have 1-3 years of Personal Injury and Criminal Defense experience. This person must be a team player (our office atmosphere must maintain its high level of moral), have a very pleasant and outgoing personality, and great initiative. While this is a law firm we also view it as a customer service business, therefore, treating our clients with excellent customer service is always our highest priority and goal.
