Part-time Litigation Paralegal The candidate duties include: preparing legal documents and correspondence, creating Table of Contents/Authorities, filing documents in courts via e-filing or regular filing, preparing binders, answering in-coming telephone calls, setting up conferences, filing documents in manual files or in document management system, scheduling meetings, copying and scanning documents, posting mail, and inputting time sheets and expenses into Clio program. Additional administrative or clerical tasks as assigned.Should be highly proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Adobe. Should have Knowledge of NetDocs and JuraLaw a plus or similar document management and calendaring systems. Must have excellent organizational and computer skills, strong work ethic, ability to multi-task, good communication skills and be detail oriented. Must type 80+ and should be experienced litigation secretary and/or paralegal with 5 to 7 years experience to work on a part-time basis to assist and handle work overflow.
