Litigation Paralegal The candidate will handle bookkeeping, litigation, and trial work. We are a small Plaintiff's personal injury firm looking for an experienced paralegal with a minimum of 5 years of experience handling complex cases for Plaintiffs in serious Personal Injury cases in State and Federal Courts. Trial experience, paralegal degree, and/or undergraduate degree preferred but not required. Requirements include: Proficient in PACER ,E-filing, medical record collections and review, resolving liens with Medicare/Medicaid, discovery and eDiscovery management, trial preparation and attendance, preparing mediation presentations, managing expert witnesses, managing clients, and managing QuickBooks and bank accounts. Master command of PPT, Excel, document and case management systems.
