Associate Attorney The candidate will handle all phases of personal injury cases ranging from auto accidents to premises liability to other negligence and workers compensation. This includes client contact, demand preparation and negotiation and mediation and trial if necessary. Should have 3 years of practice in injury law with some trial experience. Must have a current license in either Tennessee or Mississippi and dual licensing is a plus.
