Attorney The candidate will be handling all aspects of a General practice law firm. Will be managing a busy Personal Injury Case load. Involve some driving outside Boston for court appearances.Must have past litigation experience and understand the how to handle a litigation case. Must have substantial experience drafting pleadings (including Motions and Discovery). Must have be admitted to practice in Massachusetts with 2+ years of litigation experience. Must be able to work independently and handle caseloads.
