Business Immigration Paralegal The candidate will prepare a full-range of business immigration petitions and applications for corporate clients, H-1B, L-1, TNs, Perms, I-140s and I-485 applications. Manage high volume clients. Track status of filings. Gather documents from relevant stakeholders. Assemble and organize filings with the government. Contact various government agencies for status updates. Help back office to process paperless system. Should have 3-5 years of experience as a Business Immigration Paralegal.
