Legal Secretary - Estate Planning The candidate's responsibilities include: Managing attorneys' calendars, dockets and appointments; Preparing documents for attorney review, including correspondence, estate planning documents, and other legal proceedings; Maintaining client files in accordance with Firm guidelines; Assisting with preparations for state and federal tax returns; Communicating with clients verbally and in writing. 3 years experience in estate planning, probate and/or tax matters required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required. Paralegal certificate by a program approved by the American Bar Association preferred. Notary Public Certification Required. Certified Notary Public preferred.
