Paralegal (Litigation) The candidate will manage a full load of catastrophic injury, wrongful death cases, and motor vehicle cases on a team of 2 attorneys with two or more paralegals, law clerks and support staff. Responsible for any number of tasks including drafting documents, scheduling, filing pleadings with the court, ordering records and medical bills, and other tasks as assigned. Should have outstanding computer, research, technological, and organizational skills. Computer use and technology is a must. Must have outstanding written communication skills. People skills are preferable.
