Manager of Attorney Feedback and Development The candidate will manage all aspects of development, training and evaluation for associates, counsel and practice group specialists. Will coordinate onboarding and integration to the firm for all legal personnel. Provide strategic and tactical support to firm's attorney feedback and evaluation programs. Provide strategic and tactical support to firm's attorney coaching program. Manage the administration of training programs. Implement training based on practice group needs and skills training identified in annual evaluation processes. Manage and conduct initial and ongoing orientation programs and events. Manage the compilation of data and evaluations for committee. Manage data collection, compilation, and implementation of committee directives. Form meaningful and trusted relationships with attorneys. Develop, maintain/prepare and analyze reports and provide data regarding attrition, compensation, hours, profitability and any other legal personnel related issues. Participate in the development and implementation of firm policies, processes and procedures for attorneys and practice group specialists. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions in cities where firm has offices. Oversee firm's CLE programming and reporting. Provide support as needed to firm's diversity and inclusion programming and efforts. Manage and provide assistance with communications to attorneys and practice group specialists. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree. Must have 4+ years of experience in training and development. Understanding of CLE programming and rules is preferred. Understanding of how diversity and inclusion can be impacted by other initiatives is needed. Should have a strong service orientation to provide professional, high quality service to the firm's lawyers and its candidates. The ability to formulate and effectively communicate recommendations, make decisions, take direction, and implement decisions made in a high pressure environment is needed. Should have an understanding of the firm and its functions. Must be able to perform all essential duties.
