Associate Attorney The candidate should have 1 year experience working as an attorney in Arizona in the area of personal bankruptcies. Must be able to handle Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies, from beginning to end, without oversight. Must also be willing to research local rules and case law in other jurisdictions, as needed. Must be able to perform legal research, prepare pleadings, and occasionally appear in court.
